Personal AssistantRequirements:
- Male
- Age max 35 years old
- Minimum D3 in Secretary, Management, Accounting and Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years experience in same position
- Advance in English and Mandarin (both oral and written)
- Capable in handling secretarial duties
- Capable to manage in/outgoing letters, files, filling document and able to perform multi tasking skill
- Attractive and pleasant personality
- Smart, pro-active and strong interpersonal skill
Requirements:
- Female
- Maximum age 30 years old
- Minimum education D3 / S1 in a relevant position
- Has min 3 years experience in a relevant position
- Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Computer proficiency and familiar with the internet
- Having knowledge in administrative, clerical procedures and attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple tasks and under pressure
- Able to work efficiently and in fast pace, knowing secretarial tasks, administration, filling, correspondence, etc
- Self-motivated and a Team Player at the same time
- Good analytical and conceptual thinking skills, creative and innovative
- Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self confidence and good appearance
- Possess good energy, flexibility and sense of urgency
- Strong planning, follow-up and organizational skills
- Able to work independently
- Willing to work overtime
- IT Senior Programmer And System Analyst
Requirements:
- S1 in Computer Science or equivalent
- Having at least 3 years solid experience in application development
- Hands on experience in developing large – scale high performance applications
- Experienced in database management, data structure, computer networking, and object – oriented programming
- PowerBuilder experience required
- SQL experience required
- Linux ( CentOS / Redhat family ) experience required
- Experience with Informix SE and Informix4GL is a plus
- Experience with Visual Basic is a plus
- Having good skill in project management
- Male; max. 35 years of age
- Strong organizational skill, including the ability to quickly resolve problems and work with a minimum supervision
- Able to work under pressure and tight schedule, independently and proactively
- Highly motivated, strong software design and debugging others
- Strong analytical skill and attention to detail
- Good command of English both written and spoken
- Understand Mandarin or any chinese dialect language
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
